How the money moves

1. 1. Subscriber pays. Card charges through Stripe on the subscription cycle they picked (monthly, quarterly, annual).
2. 2. Artha takes 15%. Split happens on the Stripe side — you never touch the platform fee, Stripe routes it directly.
3. 3. Your 85% lands. Balance accumulates in your Stripe Connect account and pays out to your bank on the standard weekly schedule (typically Fridays; you can shift it in your Stripe dashboard).

Onboarding

The first time you enable a paid tier we walk you through Stripe Connect Express onboarding — legal name or business, EIN or SSN, bank account. Takes ~4 minutes. You only do this once per creator account, then payouts run on autopilot.

Refunds & chargebacks

If a subscriber files a chargeback or you approve a refund, the reversal debits your Connect balance. If your balance goes negative, it’s netted against future payouts. See your refunds queue for open requests.
